Rewards Rules | We keep you informed of our Program Rules

  1. Rewards will be awarded to business customers based on 10% of a customer’s order (excluding tax and delivery charges) rounded to the nearest $50 increment. For example, a customer’s order totaling $1,250 (before taxes and delivery charges) would qualify for $150 in Genesis Rewards vouchers.
  2. Genesis Rewards vouchers will be provided to a business customer upon final payment in full of their qualifying order of $500.00 or more.
  3. Genesis customers who earn Genesis Rewards may award their earned-vouchers to any school, K-12—private or public— in the Upstate of South Carolina.  
  4. Genesis Rewards vouchers shall only be redeemable by a school, as defined in #3, above. Business customers may not redeem Genesis Rewards vouchers for their print orders.
  5. Genesis Rewards vouchers will expire one-year from the date of issue (expiration date is indicated on the voucher).
  6. A school can use its Genesis Rewards vouchers to fund up to 50% of any order with Genesis Press. For example, a school that orders a print job from Genesis for $500 can use up to $250 in Genesis Rewards vouchers to pay for this job, excluding sales tax, delivery or postage when applicable.
  7. Genesis Rewards vouchers cannot be used to fund delivery charges, pay taxes or to purchase blank paper.
  8. Consistent with government mandate, schools using a Genesis Rewards voucher will be taxed at the cost of the print order prior to the vouchers having been applied.
  9. Genesis Rewards vouchers are issued in increments of $50 or $100 credits.  As such, the vouchers are considered a one-time use.  Take, for example, a school’s print order totaling $260. If a school were to use a $100 voucher and  $50 voucher to offset 50% of this order (a maximum of $130), then the school would expend $150 in vouchers with no balance-remainder.
  10. Genesis Rewards vouchers are not legal tender. In this regard, Genesis Rewards vouchers have no monetary value, and as a result, CANNOT be redeemed for cash.
